Shipping times will vary depending on location of delivery. Some areas of the world we do not deliver to. if that is the case , we will contact you and advise of this and make possible alternative arrangements. We print each piece of art on demand, we do not stock art. Each print is checked for color and quality. The prints are then stretched or framed depending on your order, then shipped. Domestic order in the lower 48 of the United States are delivered in 2 weeks or less, sometimes longer depending on complications or other circumstances. We will contact you if there are any issues. International deliveries can take 4-6 weeks depending on location. Once an order is placed you can't cancel it as these prints are unique and custom made. Returns are granted based on our discretion. Returns will incur a 40% of purchase price restocking fee, and the shipping back to us is paid by the buyer. Buyers must contact us first to discuss any issues they may have with their order(s). Returns (when approved) are only granted for damaged items or obvious technical print quality issues that are displayed via photo first. All returns will be processed only upon return of the original undamaged shipped product in appropriate packaging. Product will be inspected upon return and a refund decision will be made. Buyer must make contact with us with return request and include reason for return within 7 days of delivery date. Buyer must include photos of the print showing damage or issues with the product. We will review information and photos first and advise of next steps. Damaged / Print Quality products may be issued a replacement product only, not a refund at our discretion.
The return policies described above are in place due to the unique nature of our product. All prints are custom made and very unique in nature for each customer. No exceptions to these return policies are made and payment gateway service policies do not override our internal policies.
